Three weeks into spring and snow is still falling across parts of the US. In Virginia up to 16cm of new snow fell, creating serious traffic problems and even prompting Virginia Technical College to close early. The snow caused multiple highway accidents and shut down part of the interstate. The good news is that the temperatures are expected to rise and the snow isn't expected to stick around.
